About me.

I’m the Head of Training Science and Co-Founder of StrengthLab360, and my mission is simple: help people train smarter, get real results, and build a stronger, healthier life—without the hype or guesswork.

I’ve been deeply involved in strength training since 2016 and have worked as a professional coach since 2022. In 2023, I made the move into full-time self-employment, combining my practical coaching experience with years of study and experimentation to deliver personalized training that’s not only effective—but sustainable.

My approach goes beyond just workouts. I focus on the bigger picture: smart programming, recovery, lifestyle habits, and long-term consistency. Whether you're chasing body composition goals, looking to improve strength and performance, or just want to move and feel better, I build systems that meet you where you are—and push you forward with purpose.

Through StrengthLab360, I also work with other coaches and gyms to elevate how training is delivered—giving them the tools, templates, and systems to coach at scale without compromising on quality.

That means every set and rep is dialed in for your current level. While you're training, I’m in the background reviewing your data, adjusting your strategy, and making sure everything stays aligned with your long-term goals. You’ll always have a clear plan in the app, complete with demo videos, cues, and progress targets.
